We always recommend using a high-resolution image to ensure the best quality for your personalized jigsaw puzzle and prevent blurring or pixelation. If your file is slightly lower quality, don’t worry: we can handle optimizing and improving the resolution of your image if necessary.

Aspect Ratio
It’s ideal for the aspect ratio of your photo to match the format and orientation of the personalized puzzle you choose (e.g., a portrait-mode image for a portrait-style puzzle).
